Tan's the Man - at least that's what we think. Tanner brings that Italian fire to "The Fire Place" along with knowledge, experience, and love for the industry. He has been active in this industry since 2016 and believes there is always room for growth and learning. He is currently CSIA, NFI Gas, and FIRE certified.

Combined with that love of the industry, Tanner is driven by his love for his family. He and his wife, Ashley, share 3 boys: Liam, Vincent, and Nolan. They have been married for 10 years and have always just fit well with one another. Tanner has always prided himself on his work ethic and believes that the greatest impact he can have on his sons is through providing a positive example. He loves karaoke, embarrassing his wife and kids, and spending time in his beautiful home on the side of Mt Lassen.

Tanner is a straight shooter and believes that customers deserve accurate assessments of the safety and functionality of their systems. He'll never tell you that your system is ready for Santa unless he would trust that same system in his home with his kids.

One person who is known for super human balance and strength is our very own Phil. At ‘The Fire Place’ we often speculate that he might in fact be a super hero on his own time, as we are often amazed at his speed and accuracy.

Phil has been in the industry since October 2010. He has learned from the best and is in turn doing his part to teach others to be the best future stars. Dedicated to safety, learning, serving, and educating.

Phil has been married to Faith for 24 years and has two boys, Zach and Drew who are both taller than them now! He enjoys spending time with his family, listening to audiobooks, reading books, and watching movies.

Not all "The Fire Place" staff could or should be on your roof. Not known for her balance, Ashley prefers to let the professionals handle the field work, while she keeps HQ in order. She graduated Simpson University a bachelor's in communications 2009 and has mostly worked in case management within the community up to this point.

Ashley loves her family who are the driving force behind all she does. Being the wife of Tanner Pietrocci and the mother of their three very active young boys keeps always moving forward.

Ashley and Tanner met working at KFC and have always made a wonderful team. They have been married for 10 years and really enjoy each other's company now more than ever. Ashley loves kayaking, baking and decorating cakes, and spending time in her beautiful yard up in Shingletown. She loves being a part of "The Fire Place" team because it allows her to support her family while helping our customers stay comfortable and safe in their homes.

Faith is the master of the finances and makes sure all the numbers for the business all add up. She’s been married to Phil for 24 fire-filled years and loves being the mother of two teenage boys.

Besides doing the bookkeeping for the family business, she also works at a local college. She has degrees in both psychology and education. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family whether it's a quick trip to Sonic for the best Oreo Peanut Butter milkshake you will ever taste or an excursion to the ocean to put her toes in the sand. When she does have free time, she loves to curl up with a good book, stream questionably tasteful shows, or try out new restaurants with her amazing friends.
